Dad Sayeed
Position: Web Designer
Profile: Dad has worked in the Internet and Net Media Industry since 2006 as a Web Designer, Web Developer and Project Manager working with small to multi-national sized companies gathering experience in business approaches. Dad excels in the process of creating a new business brands and knows how to effectively promote the brands using web-based marketing and advertising. He joined our design team in 2010.
David Capolin
Position: Web Developer
David holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology . He has experience with Internet Marketing solutions, SEO, XHTML, CSS and providing technical support. In his spare time, David stays up-to-date on the latest digital marketing strategies, algorithm updates and is a passionate guitarist and rock climber.
Gillian Westerfield
Position: Senior Account Manager
Profile: Gillian has been working within the web design sector since 1999 in various Customer focused roles including Sales, Account Management and Project Management. Gillian joined the team at Enhance in 2008 and is working as an Account Manager. Her role includes liaising with the Client and the Development Team to ensure the process from conception to completion runs smoothly and is the one of the main contacts throughout the process. Gillian takes pride in her levels of customer service and support.
Dubisi Okeke
Position: Senior Developer
Dubisi is a self-taught web developer that joined Host Media initially as an intern in 2008. He is now a WordPress expert, but also has a passion for Search Engine Optimisation, making him our resident SEO guru.
Karan Rodriguez
Position: Copywriter & Brand Identity
Karan is a brand identity specialist and has delivered superb projects for us. We work with Karan on projects that require brand consultancy at the outset of the project, and often refer to him for copywriting expertise.
Ciera Maxwell
Position: Web Developer
Profile: Ciera is an adaptable, personable and intelligent graduate who has worked on two startups in the past two years, managing teams of two or three software developers and developing his communications & planning skills. she is passionate about web technologies and communications. Often he will be your first point of contact and work with you on design concepts as well as mapping out your online marketing & communications strategy. Ciera is very process driven, creative and attentive to detail. she loves working with clients, bringing them into the process as much as possible so they are happy with the results.
Steve Nezianya Sr.
Position: Co-founder and CEO
Profile: Steve has over 20 years experience in the industry, having worked with multinationals in a variety of senior roles, including: Product Development Manager, Expert System Developer and Training Manager. Steve founded Host Media in 1997 as one of Dallas Area first web development companies, and has led the company through innovating products and service change.
Mike Jennison
Position: Chief Technical Officer and co-founder
Profile: ‘Mike’ heads up our Development team and has worked with the business from day one. Prior to working with Host Media, Mike had an impressive portfolio of work with a range of design and development companies, mostly in Europe. Proficient in LAMP web development and the programming languages including PHP, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, ActionScript, Lingo, CSS, HTML – Databases : MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
